2024Witnessing a total solar eclipse is an awe-inspiring phenomenon that often causes a strong emotional response for audiences. On April 8th, 2024 in Plattsburg, NY, a photo was captured of the sun every 10 minutes before and after the eclipse reached totality. The images were risograph printed in the format of commemorative postcards with a labeled location and timestamps. The prints were later scanned and animated to recreate the celestial event.
